Section three states that any lawsuit, appeal, or software submitted after the deadline are going to be dismissed, regardless of whether no-one factors out that it's late. It is also required to listen to them and establish accordingly should they satisfy the judgement criteria or when they merit a second opportunity.As per Order VIII, Rule 5(one)
